    Misleading fees
    We use NP, alongside other providers, to accept a wide range of coins.

    NP state that they charge 0.5% plus 'current network fees'. The 0.5% is true, however they inflate network fees, particularly for XMR and ZEC.

    For XMR, they charged me between $2.1 and $2.3 across multiple inbound transactions, where genuine network fees are less than 10 cents (some of the transactions were $10, so now >20% instead of 0.5%)
    For ZEC, they charged me $7 network fee on a $50 transaction (plus the 0.5% of course).

    Their commercial team have ignored all requests for clarification, leaving the CS team to state 'network fees vary'. Not like that.

    If you choose to work with them, and they are a strong player, monitor their fees coin by coin very carefully.
