Reply to a review of NOWPayments:

We use NP, alongside other providers, to accept a wide range of coins.

NP state that they charge 0.5% plus 'current network fees'. The 0.5% is true, however they inflate network fees, particularly for XMR and ZEC.

For XMR, they charged me between $2.1 and $2.3 across multiple inbound transactions, where genuine network fees are less than 10 cents (some of the transactions were $10, so now >20% instead of 0.5%)
For ZEC, they charged me $7 network fee on a $50 transaction (plus the 0.5% of course).

Their commercial team have ignored all requests for clarification, leaving the CS team to stat…
