Couldn't be happier with the result! The most important thing for me is the cleanliness of the payout. The transaction was instant, and the AML score came back super low.
rates fair, good fees, lean interace. Highly recommend !

Tried BNB → XMR. Advertised fee was 0.9%, actual result was roughly ~1.1% off market after spread/network costs, so pretty fair and close to what they claim. No account, simple process, deposit was picked up quickly and payout arrived fine.
Will probably use it again for XMR. Good cheap no-account Monero routes are surprisingly hard to find.

Thanks for the detailed review. Glad the BNB → XMR swap went smoothly and the final cost was close to the quote. Appreciate you giving Pablo a try!

    $1K-5KMisleading feesValid Order
I used this service to swap ETH. First, what I received was not what they initially promised the exchange rate changed, and the amount of coins I received was also different. There are many better services with more competitive rates.
Additionally, the address I sent the ETH to was labeled “Funded By FixedFloat: Hot Wallet,” which suggests that they are also using FixedFloat. Overall, I would say this service is amateurish. The transaction speed was average nothing faster than other services.

Thank you for the feedback. We located your order by the ID you posted and reviewed it end to end. A few facts, point by point.

      1. Execution. The order was completed in full: your deposit was received, the payout was sent to the Monero address you specified, and the transaction is confirmed on the Monero network.

      2. "The promised rate changed." No rate was promised. Pablo Cash works on a floating-rate model, and this is stated in four places before you pay: on the home page ("Final rate is fixed when payment is received"), on the order page ("The final amount will be calculated after payment is received"), in the FAQ ("Is the rate locked when the order is created? — No"), and in the signed order statement, where the receive amount is written with "≈". The figure shown at creation is an estimate. The final amount is set at the moment your deposit reaches the required number of network confirmations, at the market rate of that moment.

      3. What happened in your case. Your transaction was mined about half a minute after the order was created and reached the required confirmations roughly five minutes later. The rate was fixed at that point. In those minutes the Monero price rose about 0.75%; that day XMR moved within a roughly 13% intraday range. The same mechanism works in the other direction: had the market moved down in those minutes, you would have received more than the estimate. That is the nature of a floating rate, not a change of terms.

      4. Fees. The service fee is displayed before payment and is included in the payout amount. The difference between the estimate and the final amount comes from the market move between creation and confirmation, as described above.

      5. The "Funded By FixedFloat: Hot Wallet" tag. This is a purely technical point, and the conclusion drawn from it is incorrect. Every order receives its own deposit address, used exactly once; yours can be checked on Etherscan and has two transactions in total: your deposit and our internal consolidation transfer. The tag you saw is not on your deposit address. It sits on the consolidation wallet, and Etherscan's "Funded By" field always shows one thing only: the sender of the very first incoming transfer in a wallet's history. In this case that was a single small technical top-up made when the wallet was set up. A wallet receiving one incoming transfer from an exchange's hot wallet tells you where that one transfer came from and nothing about how the recipient operates; by that logic every wallet on Ethereum that has ever received an exchange withdrawal would be "using" that exchange. So the statement "they also use FixedFloat" is simply wrong. Pablo Cash does not use FixedFloat, has no relationship or integration with it, and does not route orders through any third-party exchange service. Your swap was executed entirely on our own infrastructure, and the Monero payout was sent from our own separate payout pool. No outside exchange was involved in your order at any stage.

      6. Speed. Your deposit reached the required confirmations at 07:45 UTC; the Monero payout was sent at 07:51 UTC, six minutes later. Our FAQ states that Monero payouts can take up to 60 minutes. The remaining time until on-chain confirmation was the Monero network's block interval, which no service controls.

      7. Support. There is no record of you contacting our chat, which is available 24/7 without registration. Any question about the order could have been answered in minutes, including a walkthrough of the signed order statement. That offer stands.
