Wanted to swap ETH > XMR > ETH. On the first swap, the site failed to detect my Ethereum deposit. I contacted support, and it took over 30 minutes to resolve the issue and deliver my XMR. Response time on the first contact was fast, but the responses were very short and unclear (i was also left without a response for over 15 minutes after i had already pointed out the issue, because support went offline).
