Reply to a review of El Capo:

Bait and switch on their rates. I did a swap and float rate went down 3.5% from what they originally quoted! They lure you in with a good rate, then it starts going down the moment they detect your payment and then finally when you get it, even more. It's not the market, it's how they are designed.
